This bowl is a daily favorite!  It’s so cool to sneak in a green veggie before noon… then my conscious is clear! =)

Just blend your favorite oats on stove after cooking. (I usually use half cup oatbran)

Toss in a big handful of fresh, organic, baby spinach.
