2 cups slow oats

1/2 cup quick oats

1/2 cup wheat germ

1 cup chopped walnuts

*bake those 4 items at 350* for 10 minutes.

Mix with a warm combo of…

1/2 cup honey

tsp vanilla

tsp cinnamon

2 Tbsp peanut butter

1 Tbsp butter

Mush with your hands and spread in an 8X8 non-stick pan (or buttered pan) and press well.  Bake at 300* for 20 minutes.  Cool and cut into bars.
